Koodo Mobile launches in style

Smak needed to raise awareness and engage the consumer for the launch of Koodo Mobile. The experiential execution for Koodo could be nothing short of high energy and stimulating.

Smak flooded the streets of Canada with more than 100 aerobics-clad brand ambassadors - based on the retro 80s creative developed by TAXI. The street teams were a walking aerobics class, hitting high traffic areas such as metro stations where they would perform stretches and build human pyramids, for example. In Toronto, the team even jumped onto TTC buses, answering questions and handing out collateral to surprised passengers.

The Result
The Koodo teams distributed 40,000 pieces of collateral to consumers combined with a visually stimulated experience for thousands across Canada. Koodo was one of the most successful mobile-phone launches the category has ever seen.
