Challenge.

If we’ve learned anything about launching a new brand, it’s this: Employees need to know what that new brand is all about before the outside world does. So, before Manulife introduced their new brand to the world, they got in touch and challenged us to instil understanding and weave a new set of corporate values throughout their organization.

Response.

A multi-day, immersive experience, transforming Manulife’s leaders into fervent preachers who would spread the new gospel to their teams across the globe. We kicked it all off with a party-like atmosphere at Corporate HQ, displaying the new brand in reception, alongside photo booths, visuals and other branded materials. Directors and senior leadership teams relayed the power of the new brand and its values to the employees who were then tasked to start living and breathing them. Preach!
